Terms of service
Last updated: 08/09/2026
These terms apply to the 2UPS website at 2ups.blurredweekends.com.au (and any other address that points to it) and to anything you buy through it. The site is operated by 2UPS, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia ("2UPS", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, misuse the contact or sign-up forms, or copy the site's content at scale. We may restrict or refuse access to anyone who breaches these terms.
Products, prices and orders
- Our merchandise is printed to order by our print partner, Printful. Product images are mockups; the printed item may differ slightly in colour, placement or size.
- Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Your order is accepted when it is confirmed by the checkout provider and we pass it to our print partner. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example because of a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent payment or an item being unavailable. If we do, any payment you have made will be refunded.
Payment
Payment is taken by a third-party checkout provider (such as Stripe, PayPal or Coinbase Commerce) or by our print partner's own store, and that provider's terms apply to the payment. We do not hold your card details. For cryptocurrency payments the amount is fixed at the time of checkout.
Shipping
Orders are shipped as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs duties or taxes charged on international orders are your responsibility.
Returns, refunds and your consumer rights
Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Intellectual property
The 2UPS name, logo, designs, artwork, recordings and other original content on this site belong to 2UPS or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or distribute them without our written permission. Material belonging to third parties remains the property of its owners.
Music and embedded content
Audio on this site and the embedded SoundCloud players are provided for personal, non-commercial listening. Content played through SoundCloud is subject to SoundCloud's own terms. The 2UPS Radio Show schedule may change without notice.
Messages you send us
When you use the contact form or sign up for emails you confirm the details you give are accurate and yours to give. We use them only to respond to you or send you what you asked for, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Third-party sites and services
The site links to and embeds services we do not control, including SoundCloud, payment providers and Printful. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Other than the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded, our liability for any claim relating to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order or, at our option, resupplying the goods, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time by posting the new version here. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
